Independent Education Evaluations

The laws have changed in your favor. You can now get an independent education evaluation from your school district if you request one in writing. You can also choose your own evaluator as long as the evaluater is properly licensed and will work within the financial means of the school district. The school district must provide you this service or file for a due process hearing.
