Student Advocacy Consultation 

 

We know your parental rights in Special Education!

 

• If your child is already classified or you feel they have learning disability, we can explain your parental rights in special education and assist you with the procedure for requesting an evaluation from your school district.

 

• We can also advise you if your child is having behavioral, learning, and/or developmental issues.

 

• We can also help you understand your child’s IEP and determine if it is an appropriate program. Recent evaluations must be available in order to provide this service.

 

• We can assist you with finding additional resources to supplement your child’s current education or therapy programs.  

 

• We do not attend meetings in your child’s school; however, we can recommend affordable resources that do provide this service.
